Rainfall of 2-5 inches coupled with snowmelt and frozen grounds has resulted in flooding in New Hampshire and Vermont. Major flooding is occurring in the Lamoille and Winooski Basins of Vermont. Moderate flooding is occurring in the Passumpsic and Otter Creek Basins of Vermont and Merrimack River Basin of New Hampshire., Five crews have been deployed to measure streamflow.
