Summary: A coastal storm has caused minor to moderate flooding in Maryland, Delaware and the District of Columbia.
A large coastal storm impacted the entire east coast from Florida to New England.
Maryland, Delaware and the District of Columbia received a widespread 3-4 inches of precipitation which caused minor to moderate flooding.
The MD-DE-DC Water Science Center had a total of 12 crews respond to this event to measure streamflow and/or collect water-quality samples.
Field work is likely to continue through the week as a result of this event.
