Summary: A significant coastal storm is causing minor to moderate flooding in parts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island
Rainfall of up to 4 inches has resulted in flooding in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Five crews are in the field today to measure streamflow with the possibilities of crews deploying again tomorrow.
