Summary: Minor flooding throughout the state.
Minor flooding at slower reacting sites continuous from heavy rain (2-7+ inches) over the weekend (4/28- 4/30).
Three crews have been deployed to obtain "high-flow" discharge measurements or discharge measurements for rating development (including index-velocity sites).
