Summary: Minor to Moderate flooding throughout western and southern Maine.

Significant storm produced a general total of 3-5 inches of rain with local amounts of 5-7+ inches based on NWS and USGS rain gages throughout the region. Multiple gages are near or above NWS flood stages. Summary of preliminary analysis of long term site annual exceedance probabilities:
50% to 25%: 4
25% to 10%: 4
10% to 4%: 7
4% to 2%: 1
