PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (LA) LMGWSC Hurricane Ida response continues

Summary: The Lower Mississippi-Gulf Water Science Center (LMGWSC) has completed flood discharge measurements in response to Hurricane Ida.
The LMGWSC has completed flood discharge measurements associated with Hurricane Ida. A total of 40 measurements were made over the past few days (16 in Mississippi, 14 in Alabama, and 10 in Louisiana).
Two crews are in the field repairing gages in Louisiana today and tomorrow. No activities are currently planned for Sunday or Monday. Gage repairs and retrieval of storm surge sensors in Louisiana will resume next week.
