Summary: Staff from Downingtown, Williamsport, and New Cumberland Field Offices are continuing efforts to collect streamflow data, high water marks, sampling, and repair impacted streamgages from TS Isaias.
Crews from Pennsylvania will continue to collect streamflow measurements in areas where flow conditions warrant a measurement. The main focus area for the data collection are in the southeast portion of Pennsylvania. There are a total of 13 staff working in the field today.
Three streamgages have been damaged and one crew of two personnel are on route to troubleshoot. These sites are located in Lehigh County.
One team of two personnel are flagging high water marks in Lehigh County for possible Indirect Measurements.
Four teams totaling six personnel are making high to medium high streamflow measurements in Montgomery, Philadelphia, Lehigh, Bucks, Berks, and Lancaster Counties.
One Team of two personnel are sampling Ches Bay Nontidal Network sites for nutrients and sediments for loads computations in Cumberland and Snyder counties. one personnel is taken sediment samples in Chester County.
