PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (NV) USGS NVWSC responds to high water in Las Vegas

Summary: The USGS Nevada Water Science Center responds to high water in the Las Vegas Wash
The Henderson Field Office has deployed three flood crews to respond to minor to moderate high water in the Las Vegas Wash from a sustained rain event in the Las Vegas Valley. Sites to be visited include 094196783 Las Vegas Wash below Flamingo Wash Confluence, 094196784 Las Vegas Wash at Vegas Valley Dr., 09419700 Las Vegas Wash at Pabco Rd., and 09419800 Las Vegas Wash below Lake Las Vegas. Sites that cannot be directly measured will be flagged for indirect measurements.
