PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (PR) Very Minor River Flooding

Summary: Tropical Storm Karen has passed Puerto Rico and left on average 2" of rainfall with isolated areas receiving 5".

Several medium flow peaks occurred during the night hours in three river basins. Six staff from the Puerto Rico office are heading to the field today to obtain direct discharge measurements to continue to confirm current post Hurricane Maria rating curves.
