PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (GA) Hurricane Dorian Response

Summary: SAWSC staff in Georgia are deploying storm tide sensors and rapid deployment gages along the coast in preparation for Hurricane Dorian.
Georgia received a FEMA Mission Assignment on Thursday to deploy storm tide sensors and Rapid Deployment Gages (RDG) along the Georgia coast. Staff deployed 55 storm tide sensors and 12 RDGS. The deployments have been completed, and staff are heading home today, Sunday.
