PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (OR) High water/flooding

Summary: High water central and southern Oregon.

Willamette and Rogue River basins are experiencing high water due to heavy rainfall and snow melt. This is effecting central and coastal areas to the south and southwest in Oregon. Several sites are above flood stage and measurements are ongoing. All techs are out either measuring or fixing gages (one gage had minor damage to the orifice). There have been some evacuations in low lying areas. High water is expected to continue thru the week but start to slack off by the weekend.
