PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (CA) Moderate flooding along the Russian River

Summary: Rains yesterday and overnight have caused several gages in the Russian River basin to exceed flood stage.

We are responding to moderate flooding along the Russian River, the Napa River and the Sacramento River today. There are reports that one gage was lost on the Garcia River nr Point Arenas (11467590) and that a BOC is down at the Russian River at Healdsburg gage (11464000). Flooding is also being experienced along the Navarro River and the lower Sacramento River.
Crews from the Ukiah, Sacramento and Santa Cruz FO's are responding today but access to many sites is limited. We have been in touch with the RFC concerning these events and have alerted them as to our operations.
