Summary: USGS CFWSC staff respond to Hurricane Michael Storm Surge
USGS CFWSC staff (27 hydrographers) are in the field today recovering storm surge sensors, and flagging high water marks along the Gulf coast as a result if Hurricane Michael storm surge. Moderate flooding is occurring at 1 stations, Minor flooding is occurring at 2 stations, and near flooding is occurring at 7 stations in the affected area. No discharge measurements are planned for today.
