Summary: Minor to moderate flooding in New Jersey.
A line of strong thunderstorms moved through the area overnight and this morning. Widespread rainfall totals of 1-3 inches with higher amounts occurring locally.
Four crews of USGS personnel (8 people) are responding to this flooding. Flooding is in the minor to moderate category (NWS terminology).
