Summary: Minor to moderate flooding continues in Ohio.
Minor to moderate flooding is occurring in central and northern Ohio. The main effects are being felt along the Scioto River.
The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Water Science center Columbus and New Philadelphia field offices have 3 crews (6 people) measuring high flows today. One crew is following the crest on the Scioto River, while another crew is measuring high flows on the Cuyahoga River. In western Ohio, one crew is measuring high flows in the upper Great Miami River basin.
Contact has been made with the Huntington West Virginia Corps of Engineers as well as the National Weather Service offices in Wilmington and Cleveland, Ohio.
