Summary: Heavy overnight rains cause localized flooding in Wisconsin

Up to 7" of rain fell overnight in Southwest Wisconsin causing localized flooding. The main rivers affected are the Kickapoo, Trempealeau, Baraboo, Pecatonica and LaCrosse. 5 crews are out collecting high flow measurements.
