Summary: Flood waters continue to fall across south Louisiana
USGS crews are wrapping up an extensive streamflow measurement campaign which resulted from a slow moving storm dropping as much as 30" of rain across much of south Louisiana. 12 stations across the state exceeded period of record levels, but most have fallen below National Weather Service flood stage. Of the 15 streamgages damaged or destroyed during the flooding, 14 have been repaired or rebuilt.
