    <p>Summary: No reported stream flooding as of 0900 hours Hawaii Standard time</p>
    <p>Tropical storm Darby is tracking west - northwest and is currently south of Maui and expected to pass directly over Oahu beginning this afternoon. No stream flooding was observed as Darby passed the Island of Hawaii and no significant river flooding has occurred on Maui as of 0900 HST.

No gages have been damaged or destroyed. All real-time streamflow and rain gages are fully operable.
