    <p>Summary: Localized heavy rains produce flooding in northern Wisconsin.</p>
    <p>Up to 16" of rain in Ashland and Bayfield Counties have produced record and near record flows at a handful of streamflow gages causing many road washouts and closures. Two teams of technicians are in the field attempting to collect measurements but have been hampered by the closed roads. Some of the smaller streams have already peaked but the larger rivers are still rising.</p>
