    <p>Summary: Widespread rainfall in Central and Southern Arkansas.</p>
    <p>Southern Arkansas has been the most impacted throughout this event. These areas have received rainfall totals over 18 inches since Tuesday.  The weather is forecasted to be sunny for most of the week.

Significant flooding has occurred in Southern Arkansas. Schools, events and businesses have continued to remain closed today due to the roads being impassible and buildings inundated. Road closures are creating difficulty accessing our sites.

Currently, no gages have been damaged but we have removed equipment from one site due to imminent flooding. This week crews are dispatching to 11 gages to make discharge measurements and sediment samples in Southern Arkansas.</p>
