    <p>Heavy rains over the last 48 hours have streams in the Mississippi Delta going to flood stage. The recent rains on already saturated ground has resulted in streams in Northwest Mississippi to go to stages at or above flood stages.

Two crews are currently deployed collecting streamflow data and water samples, with others on standby as the larger rivers continue to rise.</p>
