Summary: A series of El Nino Storms are bringing precipitation to much of CA today with more rain/snow expected later this week.
California rivers are responding to a storm event that is expected to bring several inches of rain to many part of the State over the next few days. Several Northern California rivers are currently above monitor stage and are predicted to exceed flood stage later this week when a second storm brings more rainfall to the region.
