    <h1>PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (AR) Flooding continues along the Black, White, And Arkansas Rivers.</h1>
    <p>Date: Thu, 31 Dec 2015 16:55:58 EST</p>
    <p>Summary: Christmas weekend rains bring moderate to major flooding to the Arkansas, White and Black Rivers.</p>
    <p>5 crews(10 people) were out today on these rivers. Two of these crews were verifying stages for the Little Rock Corps and National Weather Service along the White and Arkansas.

4 gages were damaged or destroyed during this event. Two were repaired and the others should be back up next week and flagged for high water.
<br>

Measurements will be made through the next few days following the peaks downstream on these rivers.

These measurements are being coordinated with the Little Rock Corps and National Weather Service on the White and Arkansas Rivers.</p>
