Five crews from the Raleigh and Charlotte offices of the South Atlantic Water Science Center (9 people) are in the field today making flood measurements and repairing gages. One 3-person crew is measuring the Pee Dee River near Rockingham. Two 2-person crews are measuring sites in the greater Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area that are still up as a result of the intense "flash flooding" that occurred on Wednesday. Two 1-person crews are addressing gage reporting issues.</p>
