    <h1>PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (OH) Minor flooding in Ohio</h1>

    <p>Summary: Minor flooding in central Ohio</p>
    <p>Minor flooding is occurring in central and southwestern Ohio, primarily along the Scioto and Miami River basin.  Two crews of USGS personnel totalling 4 people are obtaining high water measurements.  Additionally, a crew from the Miami Conservancy District is measuring flows in the Miami River basin.  Rain has ended in Ohio, thus we expect this will be the final day of sending personnel out for special high water measurements.</p>
