    <p>Summary: Minor flooding in Ohio</p>
    <p>A stalled boundary has impacted western and central Ohio with minor flooding in the Miami and Scioto River basins.  Three USGS crews are out measuring flows in central, western and northwestern Ohio, and two of the crews will be returning tonight.  Again, this is a minor event for Ohio and our response to this event will be light.</p>
