    <p>Summary: In the last 3 days, rainfall totals in Arkansas have exceeded 10 inches at several locations in the state.</p>
    <p>Over 10 inches of rainfall has falling in the last 3 days in Northwest Arkansas and over the 6 inches in the rest of the state. The White, Black and Arkansas river systems are expected to reach moderate flooding early this week.

6 crews have been working to make discharge measurements since Saturday night and one crew is water quality sampling today.</p>
