    <h1>PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (OR) Flooding in NW Oregon</h1>

    <p>Summary: Flooding in NW Oregon and along the Central and Northern Coast.</p>
    <p>High rainfall during the past weekend and continuing thru this week has lead to flooding throughout Northwest Oregon and the Central Coast. Moderate flooding is likely to continue thru the week. Some roads have been closed, homes flooded, and bus, light rail and train service delayed or cancelled.

High water is concentrated on tributary's to the Willamette and Columbia from Corvallis north to Portland, and streams and rivers along the the NW coast.

Multiple field teams are out measuring high flows and this is expected to continue thru the week. All gages are currently operating.</p>
