    <p>Summary: Heavy rainfall in North to Central Arkansas over the last 24 hours has led to widespread flash flooding, and road closures.</p>
    <p>Rainfall totals exceeding 5 inches since early Tuesday morning have led to widespread flash flooding in Central and North Arkansas.  Impacted systems include Upper White River tributaries, Arkansas River Valley,  and Maumelle River . The system moved out of the state late last night.

Currently, one gage has been damaged. Eight crews from the Fayetteville and Little Rock offices made measurements and collected water quality samples from over 21 sites. Crews will be in Northeast Arkansas making measurements and verifying peaks today.</p>
