    <h1>PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (SD) Minor Flooding in SD</h1>
    <p>Date: Wed, 27 May 2015 16:54:50 EDT</p>
    <p>Summary: Flows continue to remain high in the Black Hills area after heavy rainfall over the Memorial Day weekend with thunderstorms predicted each night this week.</p>
    <p>Area of primary concern is the Central and Southern Black Hills.  Most activities currently are focused on some additional high flow measurements and crest-stage gage visits, flagging and documentation of high water marks, and repair of gages.  Currently 6 staff and 5 vehicles are out making measurements.  Similar effort is expected Thursday and Friday.  Prior to today, 13 discharge measurements have been made as well as 6 check measurements.  No new POR flows observed.
