    <h1>PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (AR) Flooding in Arkansas</h1>
    <p>Date: Mon, 11 May 2015 09:59:33 EDT</p>
    <p>Summary: Over 7 inches of rain in the last 24 hours has caused widespread flooding in Arkansas. All data and some studies personnel are in the field collecting flow and QW data.</p>
    <p>Flooding has occurring in AR and is considered moderate. The areas with the most significant flooding are statewide. The USGS AR Office has dispatched 20 field staff to support high water data collection. In addition, 2 office staff are supporting the flood response. Numerous  streamflow measurements have been made in the state. Gages are still rising.</p>
