Summary: Moderate to major flooding in Northwest Texas
During the past 48 hours, rainfall amounts in the 3 to 5 inch range, with some exceeding 7 inches, have occurred in Northwest Texas.
Large rises have been recorded in the Red, Wichita, and Upper Brazos River basins.
Four field crews have been out making discharge measurements throughout the area. It is anticipated that these crews will continue tomorrow and possibly into the weekend, if additional rainfall occurs in the effected areas.
