    <h1>PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (OK) Central Oklahoma Flooding</h1>

    <p>Summary: Moderate flooding experienced in Central Oklahoma.</p>
    <p>During the past 24hrs, rainfall amounts varying from 4 to 6-inches have fallen throughout Central Oklahoma. Strong spring storms have delivered large amount of localized rains and also produced tornadoes.

While several sites (&gt;10) have experienced peaks that have exceeded National Weather Service flood alert levels, no loss-of-life has been reported.  No streamgages have been damaged or destroyed.  Urban flooding has caused damage around the Oklahoma City Metro Area.

Over the past 2 days, approximately 6 crews consisting of 13 individuals have been deployed and have made so far 12 discharge measurements at 10 sites.  More measurements will be made today along the larger rivers. Communication with stakeholders and cooperators has been ongoing.</p>
