    <h1>PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (OR) Heavy rainfall hits Northern Oregon</h1>

    <p>Summary: Heavy rainfall from atmospheric river moves across the Northwest.</p>
    <p>Significant amounts of precipitation overnight and into today has resulted in high flows in the Western Coast of the Cascades feeding the Willamette Valley rivers as well as some streams and rivers along the Oregon coast. Some rivers are still on the rise and several field crews have been deployed to keep gaging stations operational, make direct measurements where possible, and flag high-water marks. Office staff are working to enter measurements and update ratings. It is expected that crews will be in the field tomorrow.<br>
