    <p>Summary: Hurricane Julio has passed north of the Hawaiian Islands without inflicting damage</p>
    <p>The track of Hurricane Julio is well to the north of the Hawaiian Islands. Heavy rain and wind forecast earlier did not materialize. A crew from the Honolulu Field Office will travel to the Big Island tomorrow to verify flood peaks and flag reaches for indirect measurements if needed.
