    <p>Summary: Rainfall of 3.5 to 5.5 inches over the last 24 hours has caused minor flooding in Southeastern New York.</p>
    <p>Heavy rains of 3.5 to 5.5 inches over the last 24 hours have caused minor flooding across Long Island and part of New York City. Currently one crew is out making streamflow measurements. Most stream are now receding with no additional flooding expected.</p>
