    <p>Summary: Heavy Rain over the last 24 hours causing minor flooding in Connecticut</p>
    <p>Heavy rains between 2-3 inches over the last 24 hours have caused minor statewide flooding across Connecticut. Minor flooding is being report with most stream at AEP of 50%. Currently 5 crews are out making discharge measurements and 1 crew is collecting water quality samples in addition to measuring discharge (A total of 10 people). Rain should begin to taper off today. Additional measurements and sampling is planned for Friday 5/2/2014</p>
