Summary: Teams are out measuring as flood waters recede in Oregon.
High water continues on minor rivers and creeks in Oregon although most sites are dropping back. Yesterday 7 teams were out in both North and South Oregon and a total of 12 high water or flood measurements were made. Teams will continue to make measurements throughout the week on the recession. Landslides have been a problem in places in the state and for a time I-84 was cut off between Portland and Hood River. Train service north was delayed as well while tracks were being cleared. Weather is currently soggy and mild.
