    <h1>PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (OR) Oregon Flooding and High Water</h1>
    <p>Date: Fri, 14 Feb 2014 10:01:11 EST</p>
    <p>Summary: Flooding is expected along the coast of Oregon and the Willamette Valley starting today and continuing through next week.</p>
    <p>River stages are increasing in Western Oregon and flooding is expected to occur beginning today. Currently the Southwest coast and Willamette Valley have the highest flows and stages are expected to rise for several days. Technicians out of the Portland and Central Point Field Offices are supporting the flood response and measurements are expected through the weekend. More information will follow as the week progresses.<br>
