Summary: Rainfall over the last 72 hours in western Pennsylvania has produced elevated river stages.
Rainfall over the last 72 hours totaling up to 3 inches across the western half of Pennsylvania. Currently, there are 14 streamgages reporting near flood stage or higher. The PAWSC has 4 crews out today measuring high water in the Upper Allegheny and Ohio River.
One crew was deployed yesterday. The highest flow since 1938 was measured in the Tionesta Creek Basin. One streamgage malfunctioned and was repaired.
