PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (PA) Project alert - PA WSC high flow measurements

Summary: Heavy rain has moved across western Pennsylvania producing flooding in several streams and rivers.
Thunderstorms producing 3-4 inches of rain in 24 hours moved across western PA, resulting in high flows in several streams.
Two crews from the USGS Pittsburgh office are making flood measurements today in the Mahoning Creek and Redbank Creek basins.
