PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (IN) Minor to moderate flooding across northern Indiana

Summary: Heavy rains across northern Indiana are expected to cause minor to moderate flooding over the next few days.

Heavy rainfall across Indiana late Wednesday evening and early Thursday morning is expected to cause minor to moderate flooding in the north central portions of the state over the next few days. The IN USGS office has 3 crews out measuring affected areas where rating development may be needed at new gages. All gages are working properly in affected areas at this time.
