PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (OH) hurricane Sandy related flooding in Northern Ohio

Summary: Some flooding still occurring on rivers draining to Lake Erie
Most streams receding today. Some starting a second rise late today. Three streams are still above NWS flood stage. Some areas in and around Cleveland are without power. The Ohio WSC has 4 crews out today making discharge measurements, one of which is taking QW samples at the GLRI project sites.
