Subject: PERSONNEL – Correction: Policy on Official Travel for Pre-selection Interviews

Water Resources Memorandum No. 85.04 on this subject incorrectly references the Departmental Manual instead of the Survey Manual. The last sentence in that memorandum should read: Only in unique situations, with prior approval from the Assistant Chief Hydrologist for Operations, or for pre-initial employment interviews authorized under SM 370.571.1, is such travel authorized.
