Cathy and others-
Permission to attend a recent meeting of the International Atomic Energy
Agency (Vienna, Austria) was limited to 5 people; at least one of those
people decided shortly before the meeting not to go, so I believe only 4
people actually went. I wonder if there is some movement to change the
5-person approval rule for international meetings to permit better
international collaboration, especially in view of the fact that
individuals' plans can change over the long lead time called for by the
approval process.
