Subject:  PERSONNEL--Current Research Advisers and Assistant
          Research Advisers in the National Research Program

As outlined in Water Resources Division Memorandum No. 81.82, the National
Research Program is strengthened by the establishment of six research
disciplines and the supporting Research Adviser (RA) and Assistant Research
Adviser (ARA) system.  The RA's and ARA's serve on a rotational basis.  The
purpose of this memorandum is to announce the current disciplines and
respective RA's and ARA's.

o  Ecology:  Interaction with living material and hydrology.
