Subject:  PUBLICATIONS--"Streamgaging Cableways" by C. R. Wagner

The purpose of this memorandum is to announce the availability of 
Open-File Report 91.84, Streamgaging Cableways, which will 
subsequently be published as a Techniques of Water-Resources 
Investigations.  

This publication replaces Circular 17, "Structures for Cableways," 
and should serve as the guideline for design, construction, 
inspection, and maintenance of cableway structures.  

Additional copies of this report are available for distribution 
from the Office of Surface Water (OSW).  To receive copies, please
