OFFICE OF WATER QUALITY TECHNICAL MEMORANDUM 91.04

Subject:  INFORMATION--Office of Water Quality Electronic
                       Memorandum System

Technical memorandums for the Office of Water Quality can
be accessed electronically.  The memorandums are available
on the National Center PR1ME, QVARSA.  To access the
memorandums, one must be registered on QVARSA.  After login,
one need only type the command TECH_MEMO to access the menu
driven system.  Technical memorandums are available for the
Offices of Water Quality and Surface Water, and the Branch of
Safety.  Memorandums can be read on screen or retrieved for
printing on the local PR1ME.

The system currently contains Office of Water Quality
memorandums from 1985 to date.  The Office is in the process
of adding memorandums prior to 1985, which recently have been
scanned electronically.
