Subject:  PROGRAMS AND PLANS--Reporting Lead Concentrations


An evaluation of the reporting level for the analysis of lead, 
dissolved and total recoverable, LC 0038 and LC 0257 respectively, 
reveals that the current reporting minimum of l ug/L as Pb is not 
consistent with the standard deviation of performance over the 
range of the method.

Effective immediately, the minimum reporting level for lead, 
dissolved and total recoverable, LC 0038 and LC 0257 respectively, 
is 5 ug/L as Pb.
