Subject: WATER QUALITY: Analytical Methods; methods for 
         analysis of radioactive constituents

Attached are 15 methods for the analysis of radioactive 
constituents in water. They represent methodology currently 
in use in our Central Laboratories System, but have not been 
designated previously as provisional methods. Exceptions are 
methods R-120-75 and R-141-75, which represent revisions of 
previously approved methods (see QW Branch Technical Memo No. 
75.06). These 15 methods now have provisional status and 
should be given appropriate distribution to cooperators and 
WRD field offices. The methods transmitted under QW Branch 
Technical Memo No. 75.06 are hereby rescinded.
